The Sunbury Place Proprietors Association is responsible for ensuring that the three blocks of flats and the surrounding amenities are maintained in good repair, and that any common issues affecting the quality of the living environment are addressed. All flat owners are members of the Association and share in the costs arising from the Association’s work.
There is also a private section in the website which is available to owners and their appointed agents. This section contains more detailed information about the Association and its affairs. It also enables owners and agents to contact the Association and to report problems which involve a common interest and require a shared response if they are to be resolved. As an owner or appointed agent, you can access this part of the site by first registering your details and thereafter by logging in with the password provided.
